A business like Fusion lives and dies by its ability to fill sessions. Unlike a typical service business where an enquiry leads to a conversation that leads to a sale, a trampoline park needs customers to find them online, understand the offer immediately, choose a session, and book and pay – all without picking up the phone.
That means the website has to do a lot of heavy lifting. It needs to be visually engaging enough to excite families and kids who are the real decision-makers. It needs to be clear and simple enough that a parent can find, book, and pay for a session in under two minutes on their phone. And it needs to connect seamlessly to a live booking system that manages session capacity, collects waivers, and processes payments in real time.
On top of that, Fusion operates in a competitive leisure market where social media presence directly influences footfall. Families in Carlisle and the surrounding area needed to see Fusion showing up consistently in their feeds – promoting seasonal offers, showcasing the experience, and staying top of mind when they’re deciding where to take the kids at the weekend.
This wasn’t a project where a decent-looking website would do. Every element had to be built to perform.
Website Design & Development
We designed and built the Fusion Trampoline Park website from the ground up – a visually bold, high-energy WordPress site built to reflect the excitement of the experience and convert browsing families into booked sessions.
The design had to work for two distinct audiences simultaneously: the children who would be bouncing off the walls with excitement at the idea of going, and the parents who needed to quickly understand the offer, check prices, and complete a booking with confidence. Getting that balance right – energetic and fun without being chaotic or confusing – was one of the central design challenges of the project.
Every page was built mobile-first, recognising that the vast majority of Fusion’s audience would be browsing on their phones. Load speed was a priority throughout – a slow website in a booking-led business is a direct loss of revenue.
The site covers the full breadth of what Fusion offers: open jump sessions, inflatables, ninja courses, birthday party packages, gift cards, and the café – all presented clearly with consistent calls to action driving visitors towards booking.
What was built:
Booking System Integration
The booking system integration was arguably the most business-critical element of the entire project. For a trampoline park running multiple timed sessions every day across different activities and age groups, the ability for customers to see live availability, select a session, and complete payment online is fundamental to how the business operates.
We integrated a live third-party booking system directly into the Fusion website – ensuring the experience felt seamless to the customer rather than like being redirected to an external platform. Session availability updates in real time. Payments are processed securely online. Capacity is managed automatically.
The integration also supports the broader operational needs of the business – waiver signing before entering the jump arena, session time management, and the various ticket types Fusion offers including toddler tickets, standard peak and off-peak sessions, and multi-hour bookings.
The result is a booking experience that is fast, clear, and friction-free – which is exactly what it needs to be when a parent is trying to sort a Saturday morning out for three kids.

For a family leisure business, social media serves a very specific purpose: it keeps Fusion visible to local families in Carlisle and the surrounding area, promotes seasonal offers and events, and gives potential visitors a genuine feel for what the experience is like before they book. Done well, it’s one of the most direct connections a leisure business has to its community.
Our ongoing social media management for Fusion has covered content creation, graphic design, caption writing, scheduling, and the full calendar of seasonal and promotional campaigns – from Easter holiday specials and Halloween events to birthday party promotions and school holiday activity pushes.
